The Clubhouse also features 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, an indoor heated pool with a basketball hoop 🏀, and a private hot tub overlooking your own fenced backyard.

The private backyard features a spacious concrete patio, turf area, cornhole boards, a built-in BBQ, an outdoor dining table, and, of course, a fire pit—all fenced for added privacy and overlooking a seasonal creek and serene wooded backdrop.

The entire top floor has been transformed into a championship-caliber, one-of-a-kind game room featuring three multicade arcade machines, a dedicated three-TV gaming wall with PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, a poker table, shuffleboard, and a must-see football wall with a massive 75-inch TV.

Your stay also includes access to Smith Creek Resort amenities 🌊, including a seasonal waterpark with a lazy river, infinity pool, splash pad, and two hot tubs. With 4 bedrooms plus a loft, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and multiple entertainment areas, it was designed for families and groups to reconnect, compete, unwind, and make lasting memories together.

Peak Season: March Through October
April through August: Daily from 10 AM to 10 PM

March, September, and October:

Sunday through Thursday: 10 AM to 8 PM

Friday and Saturday: 10 AM to 10 PM

Outdoor water amenities are scheduled to be open and heated.

Holiday Season: November Through December
Friday through Sunday: 10 AM to 8 PM

Water features may open when Thursday temperatures exceed 60°F and the forecast remains favorable.

Water features may close during colder weather.

Winter Closure: January 1 Through February 28
The waterpark and most seasonal resort amenities are closed.

Resort hours and amenity availability may change without notice due to weather, maintenance, special events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Other Things to Note
🏆 The Finer Points
Next Play Clubhouse is located on the flatter side of the community, with an easy, short, and level walk to the resort pool. This is especially convenient for families with young children and guests of all ages.

This isn’t meant to be training camp—there’s no need to walk up and down the hill!

Our front deck looks toward the resort pool area, making it easy to check the activity and weather before your team heads over for the day.

While many cabins look directly toward neighboring properties, our backyard faces a seasonal creek and natural open space, providing an added sense of peace and privacy.

We also noticed that some cabins place their BBQs in the front yard near the parked cars, while others provide only a standard grill on the rear balcony. Neither option was for us. At Next Play Clubhouse, we enhanced the outdoor experience with a built-in BBQ and ample countertop space, creating a true outdoor cooking and gathering area.

For stays from March through October, our welcome kit includes a complimentary Next Play pool bag that is yours to keep. Use it to carry your towels and belongings to and from the waterpark with ease—and take a small piece of Next Play Clubhouse home with you.

Traveling light? An optional recreation package—including an ice chest, a BOGG Bag, and four lawn chairs—may be reserved in advance for an additional fee, subject to availability.

We can’t make the choice for you, but these are the finer points that made this Clubhouse the right choice for our family—and we think you’ll appreciate them too.

Whether you're headed to Dollywood, spending the day in Pigeon Forge, cheering on the Vols in Knoxville, or exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, Next Play Clubhouse offers the perfect balance of convenience, accessibility, and resort living.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property Advisory: Next Play Clubhouse is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes—is prohibited inside the cabin, around the indoor pool, on decks, and throughout the private backyard.

This policy protects our guests, neighbors, and property. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

Protect the Clubhouse, respect the next team, and keep every play smoke-free.

🚧 Nearby construction: Next Play Clubhouse is located in a brand-new section of the resort, and a few neighboring cabins may still be under construction. Some daytime construction activity or noise is possible.

Our cabin, private backyard, and amenities are fully completed and ready for your enjoyment. Introductory pricing may reflect the ongoing development nearby.

🌊 Waterpark availability: Resort waterpark access is seasonal and weather-dependent. Please review the complete schedule above when planning your visit.

🧴 Starter supplies: We provide a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, trash bags, and basic kitchen essentials. Guests staying for several days may need to purchase or bring additional supplies.

🌙 Quiet hours: Resort quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Because this is a resort community with neighboring cabins, please keep outdoor noise and music respectful during these hours.
